| "Job Description: • WW ARMS access requests approvals. • BAC ARMS support (Transfers, tutorials management) • RAC organizational charts updates. • Reviewing of accounting related documents, its verification & recommendation for possible follow up action if needed. • Communication with financial accountants for information provided/received in order to successfully complete requests. • Working & preparing on different types of financial reports and analysis. • Participation on harmonization projects, autoimmunization of manual tasks • Archive of accounting related documents • Support hardcopy documentation & filing where needed. Required: • Analytical and logical thinking, sense for detail • Secondary education with leaving examination - economy field • English – intermediate • Basic knowledge of accounting – double-bookkeeping • Solid communication skills • Computer literacy – MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • Ability to work in team " |
