| "Subject Matter Expert - IFSR focal Subject matter expert is responsible for the specific accounting process E2E, business advisory to internal clients, harmonization and standardization across region and ensuring expertise sharing across working group, adhering to following: Role IFRS focal: 1.Consolidation of Financial Statements for the selected entities into IIG Netherlands; which includes to have overview about local Fiscal standarts, setup for the Accounting Center Accountant, education of the process for accounting population, testing & tracking of AER tool, being an expert; ensure the tool is used properly and understood by users, updated when needed, Cognos disclosure management 2.IFRS related activities: - IFRS adoption in new countries (irregular), - support to the team with complex questions/approach to conversion from local GAAP to IFRS, - contact list updates/communication, inquiries/questions from CHQ IFRS team 3.Support to statutory audits - managing of Risk Assessment Analytics setup/data use/analysis provided to auditors 4.Respective Desk Procedure ownership 5.Controls activities - OKI, SOX testing, support to AC team Job Requirements: • University degree in Finance/Accounting would be desired • Qualified Accountant, ACCA • Analytical and logical thinking • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Good team player with ability to work under pressure" |
