Job description

· Provide excellent customer service in IT support.
· Handle internet and telephone based customer queries from IBM employees World Wide and Europe.
· Perform problem determination and recording of accurate details on all incoming queries and problems.
· Deal with both technical and non-technical people at all levels within the organisation
· Undertake internal and external training as required.
· Ensure timely resolution of critical customer requests to ensure IBM business continuity
· Work as part of a team and escalate issues where necessary to the Team Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader
· Must adhere to the monthly schedule, times for break, lunch and off-phone time
· Developing knowledge on IBM applications such as Lotus Notes, Windows/Apple Operating Systems, LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP connectivity, Printing solutions, Main frame applications, Global Web architecture and growing mobile application portfolio.

 
Skills
-  Very good communication skills
-  Fluent English (written, spoken) and Western European language - French or German or Italian or Spanish (spoken,written is not a must but is a plus)
Slovak, Czech language is a plus
-  Team spirit, able to work in a high performing international team
-  Take initiative and work as independent on his / her daily tasks
-  Excellent time keeping
-  Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Networks (LAN/WAN), Lotus Notes and other applications is welcome
-  Good computer writing skills
-  Willing to learn and increase knowledge in technical and interpersonal skills
-  Ability to handle customer complaints
-  Willing to work in a target driven environment

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic knowledge in knowledge of OS
  • Basic knowledge in LAN/WAN
  • At least 1 year experience in communication
  • English: Fluent
