| Job description |
| "UKI SO-D Cost Pool Approver role includes handling various weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks and reports for UKI IS SO-D team. The solution owner is responsible for timely, accurate and responsible delivery of the tasks and reports. Reports included in this role are related, but not limited to Roadmap, Order Approval Board, Claim Pool Algorithm, Month End Trackers, and others. Communication is required via e-mails, ST, and calls with various internal customers, such as cost pool / program managers, commercial managers, PEs, DPEs, FAs, contract controllers, Bus Ops, customer fulfillment, and others. Role: - facilitating calls and preparing reports, minutes and actions for HW RoadMap Cost Pool Review (on each Monday), Order Approval Board (on every Wednesday & Friday) - liaise with the Transformation team, and Service Management regarding Idle Assets and SESDR DB - ACL & CBN for Blue Dollar TR - submission of pool algorithm (monthly) - Vendor Services Cost Pool support - act as focal point for OrderNow! Approvals and process - preparation and consolidation of month end reports Tool used: excel, brio, cognos, LN TRs, connections, activities " |
