Business Operations and People Manager 

Job description
Employee in this role lead, manage and coach the team of about 15-20 individuals involved in SO Contract Management Services. The manager will be responsible to manage a team responsible for a control of a broad range of operational tasks and analysis as part of the client contract support.
Job duties are focused on service delivery to internal customer in the area of business operations and include managing the contract, SLA and relationship with the customer.
The candidate will be responsible for growing area with strong potential for high performing individual to become a partner to center management and grow to up-line management position.

Main activities include:
  • Management responsibilities (hiring, personnel evaluation, career development, skills development)
  • Responsibility for service delivered for customer according to contract (contract initiation, contract governance, financial support, contract deliverables, operational control, risk management), delivering quality, on time solutions and/or reports
  • Management of relationship with customer
  • Definition, establishment, quality, compliance and continuous improvement of delivery processes and development of Best Practices
  • Responsibility for compliance of SLAs/KPIs which were agreed with the customer, as well as the responsibility for customer’s satisfaction
  • Service Reporting (internal and to the customer) in accordance with the contract
  • Continuous efficiency increase, expenses reduction as well as optimization of the utilization

    Skills:
  • Candidate is expected to have previous experience ( business, management, relationship with customer)
  • Experience from different functions e.g. Finance (forecasting, roadmaps), Service Delivery, IT
  • PC literacy, e.g. Lotus Notes, Microsoft products, Hyperion (Brio), DB2, SQL, Cognos
  • IT literacy, including a good level of knowledge of technologies and services
  • Good understanding of financial management, business management and cost estimating an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, make decisions to meet critical deadlines
  • Positive, with pro active attitude, flexible, open-minded and innovative
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills

    Required:
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in managerial role
  • At least 3 years experience in Business Operations, Finance or Service Delivery
  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent is an advantage
  • German: Fluent is an advantage

    Preferred:
  • Business/Management
  • At least 5 years experience in Finance, IT or Service Delivery
  • Required
    • Master's Degree
