Job Role description and responsibilities Business Process Management Specialist will perform design, development, operational maintenance and troubleshooting of IBM BPM products (formerly known as Lombardi, iLog). Defines and develops repeatable and/or customized BPM solutions, manages the entire BPM systems full life cycle including requirements and specification, database and data architecture, system design and architecture, workflow, and other object development, and the qualification of final product via user acceptance testing, pilots, benchmarking, reporting, pre-production testing and operational readiness at the time of delivery. Researches and recommends new technologies, development tools and development methodologies. BPM Specialist will primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. Required Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years experience in IT sector At least 3 year experience in BPM Understanding of Business Process Management, including: Process modeling, Front end development and business rules Experience with BPM tools Direct experience with Java/J2EE Experience with multiple platforms (UNIX, Windows) At least 1 year experience with either Oracle, DB2 UDB and/or MSSQL Exposure with DOJO development Experience in writing functional/business & technical specifications Good verbal and written communication skills English: Fluent Preferred Any of the following: Working hands on with the IBM BPM v7.5 or v8, iLog BRPM and solid knowledge of Object oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) Experience in: • IBM BPM • Lombardi • iLog BRMS and / or • Any other BPM tool |
