| "You will be responsible for supporting the business reporting, metrics and information needs for Strategic Outsourcing Delivery in DACH region. This role includes a complete ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs whilst building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Executing and supporting the business management reporting, metrics and information needs - Ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs - Constantly building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our clients - Assessing business problems or requests and formulating solutions focusing on improving performance and productivity - Designing and implementing elements and solutions that fulfil business management reporting by developing advanced functionality and deliverables - Consulting on best practices and implications of specific proposals - Conferring with users / peers and continually focus on delivery of client value IT skills required: - Advanced MS Excel - Advanced MS Powerpoint - Brio/Hyperion - SQL/VBA knowledge - Lotus Notes - Cognos Tools used: Excel, Brio, Cognos, TeamRooms, Connections, Web based tools " |
