UKI SO-D SW Programme Manager 

Job description
Objective of SW Programme Manager is to have control over actual cost of services and develop actions quality suggestions that will lead to costs improvement, decrease overall cost impacting of SO-D UKI Software IRM. The aim of this role is to lead, coordinate and develop a clear communication between all programmes and projects related with Software.

Ownership and management of Software costs to agreed budgets/targets
Provide Cost BOM support to the SOFTWARE Commercial Manager and SO Delivery Cost Manager
Participate in and support the activities of UK SO Delivery Operation team as required
Act as SOFTWARE Costs lead in the UK SO Delivery Cost Mgt System
Ensuring full and accurate recovery of all SOFTWARE Costs
Identifying and delivering cost risks and opportunities
Understanding the UK SO/SO Delivery business model and applying understanding to
Operational management as required within the Operations team
Working with the business to support change and transformation
Review, manage and report all SWG/BCP blue software orders.
Challenge all 3rd party ISV spend (L&M) for CTO opportunities – BMC, CA, VMware etc.
Work with Pan-IOT on software strategy for UKI estate.
Build relationships with all high spend 3rd party software vendors.
Operate as software focal point on all account terminations.
Provide guidance and assistance to the transformation team.
Maintain interlocks with Supplier Management , Procurement and other delivery teams
as part of software license management

- MS Office/Open Office skill extended
- Collaborate globally within a team
- good understanding in cost flow, finance analysis and relationship with internal customers
- be flexible and work accurate under critical time lines
- understand & manage accurate and in time

Required
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in relevant work experience
  • English: Fluent
