Responsibilities: Supporting IBM's customers, sales force and Business Partners from initial sales support through contract signing, invoicing and revenue collection. Acceptance of HW and SW Maintenance Services contracts, modify contracts, cancellations, update inventory, invoicing and reporting activities. Dealing with Technical Support Services queries. Requirements: • Fluent in German and English language • 1 year experience in administration and customer service • Good communication skills and client approach • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure • High level of attention to detail • Positive, proactive work attitude • PC literacy Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
