Central Reporting: # Create reports based on requirement for non-std report # Run special reports based on predefined schedule Key Objectives: # Providing reports which are not provided by the standard reports located at the WAM Hyperion report site WAM 2nd Level Support: Based on transfer ticket from 1st level support # Provide end user support based on ticket for WST / ISAM / RequestNow Key Objectives: # Technical help to all Europe users through TSRM tickiting system BAU / task operations: # Task allocation # Priotization of work items for team members # Escalaton of issues which cannot be resolved by the team # Highlight service issues to Functional Manager # Ensure appropriate level of documentation is created # Monthly EMEA EPWS Reports Job Requirements Data mining & analytics Good time management & project management Above average spreadsheet skills – Excel, Symphony and/or Apache Good communication skills – Verbal & written Flexible work schedule Presentation building and presenting Creative thinking to drive and identify efficiencies and big plays Work well within a team & independently across organizations Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
