SW sales support specialist: The Bid Manager (BM) supports the IBM sales organization in their pre-sales or post-sales administrative activities with contracts, proposals and orders. O2C Order Management Role (FOP): As part of the sales transaction support organization, O2C order management team (FOP) is responsible for the order validation process as well as ensuring that the order reaches a complete status to invoice and POE is generated and/or product is shipped This requires cooperative collaboration with the sales team and other supporting departments and functions (e.g. Procurement, Pricing, Legal, Billing etc.), with the objective to turn business opportunities to orders and then cash in a timely and accurate manner.
