| Job description |
| IGA Europe Planner is responsible for: High level overview of IGA EMEA IT spend per each source cost category, offering, geography.. Deep analysis of financial performance of IGA EMEA through analysis of financial spend in all IT categories Creation and regular update of monthly financial dashboard, showing performance of IGA EMEA to Global Leadership team Investigation of unexpected changes in the spend - either increases and decreases Ensure the fair share of the cost is recovered to the business units using IT services based on their actual usage Own and lead cost recovery model of IGA EMEA on quarterly basis Engage Offering & Cost Pool Owners and IGA Planning team in creation of IT spend bridge files, comparison of the files with historical data and further challenging of the teams to provide as accurate outlooks and forecasts as possible The IGA Europe Planner is in contact with each party in Business Operations team, providing guidance and support on financial forecasting, strategic business alignment. |
