| Working for the recently created Business Management Operations Center in Bratislava, you will be responsible for supporting the reporting, metrics and information needs across the Global Technology Services businesses in Europe. This role includes the complete ownership of a portfolio of reporting tools, including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with the customer needs, whilst building on, and strengthening, the relationship with our Stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Good data management and analysis skills, understanding the Business and ensuring the solutions offered meet customers' needs • Assess Business problems or requests and formulate Business solutions focusing on improving performance and productivity • Design and implement design elements and solutions that fulfil business needs by developing advanced functionality and deliverables • Consulting on best practice and implications of specific proposals, including correct interpretation of user requirements through to development and design Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
