Application Operations Manager with German language

Join IBM as Application Operations Manager for the Global Business Services unit.

The candidate will be acting on client side to govern the life cycle of applications and control (including financial) the external operations team as out-tasking. The tasks includes managing the following IT operations with responsibility for:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Change Management

Release Management

Infrastructure/Availability Management

Configuration Management

Personal requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Project management skills (knowledge of ITIL processes)

IT knowledge

Fluent German language is mandatory

Assertiveness, pro-activity, leadership, problem solving

50% work time on site in Germany

Required

Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
German: Fluent

Preferred

Master's Degree in Information Technology
