| Job description |
| Claim Administrator is responsible for: Approval and creation of labor work items for IGA EMEA Monthly data pull of actual labor claim, proper categorization of the actual cost against categories in FTE plan Claim administrator acts as a gatekeeper for work item creation, ensuring no other business units claim to IGA and that the work items are properly used Initiate work item and claim corrections Communicate with IGA Offering & Cost Pool Owner, FTE Planner on daily basis to ensure correct entries in BMS Work on process enhancements to decrease erroneous entries, fasten and simplify work item creation Common Global Infrastructure Lead is responsible for Create monthly and quarterly forecasts for services provided to EMEA by IGA US Keep regular interlock with service owners, CGI Lead needs to be informed about expected cost swings and incorporate them in his/her forecast Compare actuals to plan and questin out of ordinary peaks Inform IGA EMEA Business Operations & Planning Manager about cost expectations, advise on possible cost take outs CGI Lead is responsible for as accurate full year outlook for CGI charges as possible |
