CBS Administrator with German

Job description

This is the role of order / contract validation, order entry and backlog managements for STS personnel in Centre.

Main responsibilities:

receive, validate, and track customer orders and perform order entry

enter all required fields/codings into CBS, ensure that financed triggers are
entered correctly in case of a financed transaction

resolve order errors and handle order entry exceptions

monitor order backlogs to meet requested delivery dates

monitor orders to ensure that billing is triggered on a timely basis

receive and validate request for license transfer and inventory changes

ensure the integrity and audit ability of all data maintained within the process
area

respond to customer fulfillment queries and ensure satisfaction with IBM
Fulfillment by maintaining a positive relationship

maintain awareness of customer debt status and take appropriate actions with IBM contact point; internally coordinate communications with customer

ensure resolution of fulfillment-related problems and disputes

work with touch points and fulfillment counterparts, as required, to prepare,
maintain, validate and reconcile contracts

track problems, monitor trends, gather information and perform root cause
analysis

maintain a working knowledge of IBM product sets and fulfillment tools and
procedures

ensure compliance to all auditing processes, ISO 9001 etc.

Requirements:

advanced knowledge of English and German

communication skills

analytical skills

Required

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Basic knowledge in Experience with Fulfillment tasks are advantage
English: Fluent
German: Fluent

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management
