Job description

ensure that the Terms and Conditions of offerings are met by both IBM and customer

analysis of errors populated in the SWAP database

correction of errors with no revenue impact in CBS

cooperation/communication with other departments for further information and clarification leading to the correction of the error

follow-up activities with the contacted party, including escalation, if needed, as per the approved escalation path

record actions taken/response details/error solving progress in the SWAP database on a regular basis

force solutions, track and monitor open items

exception marking – situations recognized by the system as erroneous but the configuration is proved to be correct by a contract/special bid/explanation from the responsible party submitted to SWAP Specialist

run SWAP reports for special customer situations

form a dependable SWAP support for all Geographies
