| Working within IBM's internal CIO organisation on a number of highly visible projects, transforming the employee w3 and mobile experience. General skills to include experience with: - Enterprise Java development - J2EE, Javascript, HTML, XML, CSS - A solid understanding and experience with APIs (Ajax, REST, Web services, XML, JSON, JSONP, etc.) - Experience building web applications (WebSphere App Server experience a plus) - Experience using relational databases (DB2 and NoSQL experience a plus) - Experience with Agile development methodology Core Web Services Developer skills: - Strong enterprise Java development skills - Strong Web Services development skills using REST and associated frameworks like Apache Wink - Experience building web applications (WebSphere App Server experience a plus) - Experience using relational databases (DB2 and NoSQL experience a plus) - Familiarity with deploying web application in dev/test environments (WebSphere App Server experience a plus) - Experience with Agile development methodology - Experience with continuous delivery, including Test Driven Development a plus Mobile application experience such as the following is a plus: - Rapid prototyping, with the ability to quickly go from mockups to implementation - Experience with version control systems and responsive design experience - Working knowledge of IBM Worklight - Experience with continuous delivery, including Test Driven Development a plus This candidate will be working with a globally distributed team and time flexibility to attend meetings is a must.
