Job description

Follow strategic Fixed Assets Property Control Asset Review

Responsibilities:

Conduct the Asset Review with a focus on risk and ensuring coverage across the Geo and across the divisions

Follow up on action plans of completed Asset Review findings to confirm all write-offs or associated actions

Prepare Asset Review documentation of all notes, work papers, digital photos, and spread sheets in the team room

Follow up on completed Asset Review to identify, evaluate and implement process improvements

Effective coordination and reporting of Asset Review

Maintain an effective controls program achieving satisfactory results on all Asset Review and achieve satisfactory results on all audits

Results announced to respective country CFO

Obtain necessary approvals

Submission of update request etc.
