Deal Facilitator with German

Job description

At this job position you will support IBM sellers across Europe.
The main focus is to actively support our Customers and Sales by responding in a positive, proactive manner and by producing high quality, accurate outputs.
The main job tasks include quote and proposal preparation, validating of requests, managing solution designs, communicating with clients and tracking their requests as needed.

In this role you will:

coordinate and manage the process to deliver clients requests for service

interact internally with several IBM functions

take over the ownership of the submitted request, driving them to resolution.

establish strong relationships and build confidence with the clients and involved support functions

Required

Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 months experience in International Company enviroment (Administrative)
