Job description

The Account Administrator role is an operational role that:

performs activities related to the transactions, such as order validation, credit checking, data entry, inventory movements

ensures the Customer Satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution

understands customer expectations and support these through appropriate communication and action

maintains awareness of requests and processing activities and initiate communication regarding problems and solutions to appropriate IBM contact points. Practice cross-functional teaming

shares workload and when required pass on to team-mates.

maintains awareness of customer needs and take appropriate actions with IBM contact point as necessary

Requirements:

good oral and written communication skills - English and German or Nordics language

ability to work under pressure and prioritize complex tasks and issues as required

self motivated, able to handle peak workloads

must demonstrate good teaming skills

high personal organization and commitment to excellence
