Finance Manager 

Job description
An Finance Manager is responsible for all client-related tasks inclusive of the achievement of high client satisfaction. They interface with the external client and are responsible for service delivery as contracted in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and that the SLAs are achieved within agreed budget and schedules. They are responsible as people managers to manage employees delivering the client service, including their development and availability. They maintain awareness of contracted service levels, plans and outlooks, and are the primary interface for all planning matters related to the client contract.

Main job responsibilities are:
  • Managing a team of F&A professionals
  • Effective people management and allocation of individual and team responsibilities
  • Team motivation & team development
  • Driving performance to achieve key performance indicators
  • Driving process improvement harmonization and effectively managing changes
  • Monitoring and ensuring strong business controls are met
  • Enhancing communication and relationships with internal clients to deliver high quality services
    • Required
    • Master's Degree
    • At least 5 years experience in Strong communication, Leadership, networking skills, ability to work in multinational environment
    • At least 5 years experience in Experience in managing people ( Shared Services Center experience is strong advantage )
    • At least 5 years experience in Knowledge of International reporting standards (IFRS) or at least experience with preparation of financial statements under Slovak or any other GAAP
    • English: Fluent
    Preferred
