Business controls specialist

Job description

Ensure processes are correctly understood, followed and adhered, to ensure that there is no audit exposure.

Communicate effectively ensure teams that are controlled are fully aware and understand the requirements of the process.

Perform compliance testing.

Perform Compliance Testing Review, together with team coordinator and team leader assist on set of an action plan if required.

Follow-up on action plans for all defects.

Ensure monthly/quarterly compliance testing targets are met on time.

Pro-actively improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Work on identified pain points and lessons learned.

Follow Clean Desk policy process.

Audit preparation and ongoing support during an audit

Job requirements:

ability to word independently

able to cooperate with other team members as well as with internal clients

good command in English

very good communication and presentation skills

self organized with accent on time management

pro-active

Bachelor's Degree
