| Firm Order Policy (FOP) Validation and contract registration for contracts/orders, Services Contract Registration (SCR) for Services and post execution activities for transactions: blocks, disputes, Project Change Requests (PCRs), billing requests, etc. Administrate new quotes for services contracts which may include multi element deals. Order/contract changes which starts with a quote, including PCRs. Contract management for services contracts.
