Network Business Manager

Job description

Work with the IGA Business Analyst to create a balanced and affordable Plan for IGA Network.

Communicate with responsible stakeholders in order to gather valuable input.

Prepare a line item budget (i.e. category of cost) that ties to Full Year target.

Maintain and update the budget according to financial performance of the business unit.

Regular Measurements: Compile data and prepare measurements template which includes the following modules: volumes, analysis of actual cost, full year forecast, quarterly forecast, variance analysis, and forecast bridge (i.e. based on CIO Plan Model).

Present completed template to Senior Management on a monthly basis.

Propose actions in order to improve financial performance .

Cost Management: Work with NW DPE and NW Project Office to identify opportunities to reduce cost.

Prepare a monthly report for use by Senior Management that details Cost Take Out at a project level.

Analyze Investment spend on Project level and present Investment performance to Senior Management on monthly basis.

The role focuses on budget analysis, full year and quarterly cost planning in Network area in order to achieve financial targets. It requires in-depth knowledge of strategic investments in IGA as well as organizational and coordinating skills to manage Cost Take Out.

Japanese language is advantage
