Country Workstation Asset Manager

Job description

The Country Workstation Asset Manager is the contact point providing primary workstations equipment for Internal IBM'ers (New / Refresh) in Europe.

Key missions:

Act as Focal Point for Primary Workstations for IBM internal End Users

Act as Focal Point for CIO in all aspects complying to and executing IBM Internal workstation End User strategy

Participate in reviews and local meetings

Raise requirements to relevant process steps and WAM tools in order to improve efficiency

Report and interlock with the WAM Central Team in case of errors

Interlock with the Europe Capital Planner and Life Cycle Manager

Job Requirements:

good time management & project management

above average spreadsheet skills – Excel, Symphony and/or Apache

good communication skills – Verbal & written

flexible work schedule

work well within a team & independently across organizations

at least 1 year experience in Experience with working with Clients: Business Partners/pre-sales activities is an advantage

English: Fluent

German / Italian: Basic / Intermediate
