| Job description |
| Responsibilities in this role include proactive customer data maintenance (perform corrections based on the self driven investigation in the systems or from reports received regularly with highlighted issues and data inconsistencies ) and reactive data maintenance (resolving of complex errors and inconsistencies in cutomer data highlighted by various internal depatments). Main CMR attributes that are subject of maintenance are mainly those related to sales coverage such as ISU, Quad Tier Code, INAC, Coverage ID & Type, INAC. Main CCMS attributes that are subject of maintenance are all levels of client hierarchy (Global Buying Group, Global Ultimate Client, Global Client, Domestic Buying Group, Domestic Client, Site) and assignment & correction of Duns numbers.
