Deal Facilitator for MEA 

Job description
The Pre-Sales Support Specialist (Deal Facilitator) supports IBM sellers across MEA. In your new role you will coordinate and manage the process to respond to end-customer's requests for special prices and proposals. You are responsible for validating requests, creating quotes and managing solution designs, developing timetables, communicating and tracking as required. You will engage with and cultivate relationships with Sellers and a variety of IBM functions. We look for a proactive Team player who pays attention to details, and has the ability to work under pressure. Your daily agenda is as follows: Work with databases and tools in order to check if all the requirements for particular seller's request are met, process seller's requests if all conditions are met, communicate with other IBM functions, especially Pricing team on a daily basis, utilize your communication skills while processing requests, writing and calling to sellers or other IBM functions. The key attribute of this role is to be able to demonstrate teaming and ability to properly split the workload when facing high volumes.

Requirements:
  • communication and negotiation skills
  • excellent written and spoken language of English and French or Arabic
  • ability to team in a multilingual/cultural environment
  • business acumen and high level of attention to detail
  • flexibility in task and time to meet demand at peak times depending on business requirements

    Responsibilities:
  • receive seller’s Price Request
  • performance of standard checks and ensuring high quality output
  • run Pricing Tools
  • check for approval level
  • get approvals
  • release price
  • contract preparation (STG mandatories)
  • focus on sellers satisfaction
  • ensure all evidence is stored using appropriate data management systems

  • Required
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 6 months experience in General experience in an International Company enviroment (Administrative)
    • English: Fluent
    Preferred
    • Master's Degree
