IGA Measurements Coordinator

Job description

Collect, analyze and consolidate weekly SLA measurement data (GEAN, Sametime, AHE, GNA)

Collect, analyze and consolidate monthly SLA measurement data (EUS, Network, Blackberry, GSA, E2E Print, GNA, summarized weekly data), investigate causes for missed SLAs, build the OPR report

Collect Geo presentations, compile Americas service presentations, build the Americas Delivery report for Monthly Measurement Review

Collect, analyze and consolidate monthly Scorecard data

Provide measurements as needed (including audit requests); report compliance data to Compliance Web Portal; report SLA data to CIO Dashboard

Monitor availability and accuracy of reporting tools, working with support to resolve issues; provide support to geography-based measurement teams

Collect Major Outage info from geographies, collect and compile presentations, build the IGA Delivery report

Required

Master's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Finance
English: Fluent
