Business Support Operation Professionals

Our Business Support Operation Professionals' responsibilities include:

• Maintaining good relationship with IBM customers, business partners and sellers,
• Manage the portfolios of global suppliers and re-sellers to support financing agreements
• Credit Line and Order management, Cash collection and Conditions monitoring

We use IBM developed systems and processes, providing operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity. To sum it up, we communicate, administrate and use our creative problem solving skills.

To be successful in the job you'll need:

• Fluency in English and French / German / Italian / Spanish / Portuguese / Hebrew / Dutch / Nordic languages
• Basic knowledge of financial concepts (experience or equivalent studies)
• Good communications skills, customer focus
• Accuracy, good attention to details
• Proactive, can-do attitude
