Technical Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Manage project implementation and execution, including scope changes
• Create project structure, time schedule, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to project plan and report to highest management
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
• Take full accountability and control over project profitability
• Arrange and manage meetings with other departments
• Make decisions and communicate directly with customers
• Negotiate between departments
• Handle crisis management

Additional typical responsibilities for a Technical Project Manager include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identifying and managing project risks
• Developing and maintaining project budgets
