Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Keeping documents on company assets (buildings, machinery, ...)
  • Communication with relevant 3rd parties (suppliers, state
institutions)
  • Responsibility for assets inventory
  • Responsibility for various tasks related to building maintenance
  • General affairs agenda
  • Managing external suppliers, supervising the delivery of high quality
services and building environment
  • Handling of multiple projects and daily activities
  • Control and reporting of suppliers and utilities consuption
  • Develop and design Solutions to difficult problems
  • Reports to company management
  • Controlling
  • Responsible for managing OHS agenda in production department
