For our organizational unit in Czech Republic (Nošovice) we are looking for an IT professional as:

IT Monitoring Centre Operator (f/m)

The IT Monitoring Centre Operator (f/m) position belongs to the Monitoring Execution Systems (MES) department and the main responsibilities are related to monitoring production systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides uninterrupted operation of CCR and HelpDesk system;
  • Provides first level of IT technical support for Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech users via telephone, remote connection or in production line;
  • Provides continuous monitoring of MES Terminals, Production Equipment, MES server and other assigned systems;
  • Performs system health checks;
  • Monitors batch job activities and reports problems to a person responsible for the application;
Job Requirements:
  • Required education (High School Leaving Exam);
  • 1 year working experience in IT field (this job is suitable for graduates with a minimum of IT experience);
  • Very good knowledge of client operating systems maintenance and configuration;
  • Knowledge of some monitoring systems is a benefit;
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to work on shifts;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, very good communication skills;
  • Reliability and task orientation;
  • English on communicative level;
