Job description, responsibilities and duties
Operational
• Manage contact to local authorities and partners with the area of finance, auditing and tax
• Leading team of 3 people
• Close cooperation with the rest of the management team as well as the Managing Director on daily issues connecting finance and operations.
• Budgeting, forecasting according to group guidelines
• Monthly and Annual closing
• Financial analysis linked to the financial performance of the company
• Economic analysis linked to the operations, including investments, procurement, stock, production and sales and logistics.
• Intercompany financial reporting
• Supporting payroll accountant
• Tax reporting and returns
Strategic
• Further develop controlling processes and procedures. The controlling covers both financial data as well as business and operational data.
• Strategic management and company development jointly with the Managing Director and the rest of the management team.
• Analytical reports and analysis for the management team as well as for the owners of the company .
• Analysis of the business operations
• Ensure proper use of and proper improvements to the Microsoft Axapta ERP system of the company.

• Used to work in an IT driven environment
• Analytical skills enabling the candidate to take right decisions in a complex service concept.
• Interested in a company growth and looking for a long term carrier opportunity
• Languages: Slovak or Czech as well as a very good command of English.
