HR Director

Key responsibilities:

- Implement HR strategies, processes and procedures

- Act as HR Business Partner for management and provides a role HR consultant for other employees

- Lead small HR local team

- Ensure effective and efficient all relevant HR processes

Required skills and experience:

- Mature professional with at least 5 years of experience HR field, at least two years in the role of Business Partner

- MA degree in personnel management or related field

- Fluency in English and local language

- Pro-active, strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

- Stress resistent, able to work within fast changing environment

- Very good organizational and negotiating skills, presentation skills

- Very good knowledge of the local labor law and related regulations
