Psychologist/Counselor/Consultant

Duties:
• Assist the Managing Director, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region to provide Integrated People Management Solutions (IPMS) services to current and potential corporate customers, having operations in the CEE region.
• Provide psychological counseling for corporate clients, either via telephone or in person at the client’s premises across the CEE region.
• Prepare workshops, talks, and training materials and programs, and conduct training sessions for the Company.
• Provide hotline stand-by service to the Company’s corporate customers who are using the Work Life Coaching (EAP).
• Develop a network of people management professionals in CEE, including counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, lawyers, financial consultants, trainers, coaches, etc.
• Provide excellent customer relationship management to corporate clients and/or customers and key accounts across the region.
• Support the team in the service delivery of people management solutions. This includes but is not limited to therapy, coaching, delivering professional talks, trainings, or presentations to clients for sales, marketing and consulting purposes.
• Be accountable to the Senior Consultant, Hotline Manager, Managing Director and the Directors of the Company in administrative and counseling matters.

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or Counseling
• Finished or ongoing psychotherapy training
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in counseling and coaching in a related area
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language is a must
• Working knowledge of Hungarian or Polish or German is a plus
