For our client one of the largest real estate investors and developers we are currently seeking for a suitable candidate for a Property Manager (Office building) role.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for the complex property management of the managed building
- Controlling and coordination of legal aspect of building administration
- Communication with landlord and tenants
- Lease administration
- Budgeting and cost control
- Analysis of costs and monthly reporting to landlord
- Annual preparation of tenders
- Monitoring of maintenance and repair plan
- Proposing of improvements to increase building value

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:

- University degree in technical or economic field
- Previous experience in property management
- Very good knowledge of English is a must
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Open and flexible personality
