SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
International process-driven change leader

Job description

 As an international Supply Chain Director, your responsibility is to coordinate, plan and manage all supply chain related processes of raw materials and finished goods for the entire IGW Group by optimizing resources, throughput times and working capital of all entities in order to realize on time supplies and make a significant contribution to the realization of the organization’s strategic objectives.
 You are responsible for further development of IGW’s supply chain related processes by developing and maintaining performance measures, initiating and implementing improvement projects.
 You guide, coordinate and motivate your international team including: order management, scheduling, purchase, distribution and logistics.
 You work closely with the new COO and local plant managers to plan product specific capacities for all plants.
 You report directly to the CEO of IGW and you are part of the global management team.

Personality requirements and skills

Profile

 You have a technical-oriented master’s degree and a proven supply chain experience of at least 10 years, preferably in a complex international multi-plant B-to-B environment with manufacturing and assembly units.
 You have thorough knowledge of ERP (preferably QAD) and solid expertise in forecasting, scheduling and planning methods.
 Your conceptual thinking ability combined with your natural persuasiveness and necessary pragmatism enable you to propagate and develop the supply chain story within the organization.
 You are a proven diplomatic mediator who can build, lead and motivate teams across different countries and different functional domains.
 You have an international mindset and are willing to travel on weekdays (ca.40%), with primary focus on Romania and the Czech Republic.
 You are fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of other European languages is a strong asset.
