Job description, responsibilities and duties
Based in Bratislava, this person will be working as a technology expert, with full project experience, a deep understanding of the industry and customers' requirements. He/she will find, develop and promote suitable solutions to guarantee Huawei´s competitiveness to meet the customers' requirements. The role and requirements include:
• Develop projects with key account managers, present presentations and do customer / partner presales and occasionally also post-sales technical trainings.
• Maintain good relationships with technicians from end customer / partner side, know the IT filed in the Czech market,
• Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, etc to ensure Huawei is providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.
• Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure.
• Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.
• Initiate product improvement / customization based on market needs and competitive environment.
• Collect and analyze the competitors' solution, pricing strategy and market share.
• Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Conduct market research and customer surveys on products.
• Organize marketing activity for IT products, including seminars, conferences, advertisement, etc.

• IT project manager experience in design, management or implementation of systems integration projects.
• Candidate must demonstrate good sales skills, including organizational, communication and presentation skills.
