Job description, responsibilities and duties
– Develop the team to fit the ever-changing needs and technical landscape of our customers
– Set and help the team achieve realistic and effect goals that further the success of the organization
– Establish clean and effective means of communication within and outside your team.
– Own all tasks and issues until resolution; be creative and dynamic in addressing challenges
– E2E responsibility for site design phase for acquisition, construction and installation works related to 2G, 3G, LTE, MW , NanoBTS etc.
– Close cooperation with Network planning team and Site acquisition team.
– Attend site surveys together with planner, find most suitable technical solution for particular site from time, money and quality point of view.
– Prepare Site Acquisition Report and Low Level Design – dwg drawings and related documents
– Detail Design preparation including bill of quantities for the site.
– Prepare documents which are needed for obtaining of all permits.
– After construction and installation works collect all requested drawings and documents in As Build Documentation for handover to customer (Assets Activation) and support other colleagues in this area.
– Filling and updating of proper data into database.
– Preparation of reports.
