Job description, responsibilities and duties

Marketing planning
- Define country marketing strategy for consumer products /smart-phones & tablets/
- Create & implement annual marketing plan for ATL & BTL marketing communication
- Co-create of product portfolio strategy
- Create go-to-market plan for flagship models

Customer relationship management
- Primary marketing contact for all customers (network operators, distributors, retailers, dealers)
- Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with key customers on respective marketing levels
- Execute coop marketing activities with key customers

Market data analysis
- Collect and analyze the local market information /total market, competitors info, market trends../
- Define marketing action plan based on gathered market data

Third party management
- Managing contracted PR agency & merchandising team
- Leading marketing agencies negotiations, communication & cooperation

Marketing budget accountability
- Planning, spending monitoring, reporting of dedicated marketing budget
- Marketing budget internal system core user accountable for budget application, justification, and verification.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Telecommunication

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor Degree/University degree is a plus
- At least 4 yrs of marketing/product marketing/sales experience in Telco, IT HW, Consumer Electronics industry´ company
- Worked or working for Telecom company /Mobile phone vendor or Mobile Network Operator/ (advantage)
- Experience in trade/channel/retail marketing field
- Well understanding of product lifecycle process and go-to-market planning
- Familiarity with local ICT media (advantage), experienced in PR activities
- Fluent English (daily usage) and Slovak; Chinese is a plus
- Good interpersonal communications and presentation skills
- Team player
- Proactive, new ideas mover, new marketing actions initiator
