Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Terminal testing: setting down the testing plan, execute terminal testing cases and report the test result.
- Requirements collection and communication: correctly gather and transfer the requirements between customers and RD (software and hardware requirements collecting, confirming, clarifying and application control).
- Bug tracing: Trace and report the bugs to R&D center. Clarify the solution with R&D engineers and customers.
- Customer relationship: Establish and keep good relationship and cooperation with technical engineer of customers.
- Project management: Help to schedule the test plan and take in charge of all technical issues to support timely local launch of devices. Additionally, this person will help product manager to perform project coordination and tracking of deliverables from project kick-off to technical approved by operators.

- General support for the Department operation

Personality requirements and skills
- It is best to have experience in telecommunication field more than two years, at least one year working experience in terminal. The one should have deep understanding of architecture of the terminal hardware and software.
- Strong understanding of fix and mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, WLAN, NFC, FTTH, xDSL) and products
- Teamwork: Ability of good communication and coordination.
- Language skills: fluent English and Slovak. Chinese language is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working.
- Well organized individual, able to multitask and work on the several projects simultaneously.
- Have legal driver license in EU.
- experience in position from mobile operator is a plus.
