- Seek out, develop and close business opportunities within the major accounts in Slovakia Government sector.
- Collect and analyze marketing data for Government sector, industry.
- Use current and Develop new customer relationships.
- Manage and coordinate all activities within the major accounts.
- Promote the full range of Huawei Enterprise product & solutions.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
- Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with the management, product line, and service support staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop new business plans with customers and their partners and help define new business relationships.

Personality requirements and skills
- Experience with government projects is a must.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
- Have knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: IP (datacom- routing, switching, wifi, security), VoIP and Unified communication, Videoconference, Server, storage, datacenter, cloud.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales / account management experience in HW infrastructure and communications networks with a proven track record with an equipment manafacturer company, vallue added distributor or system integrator.
- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with major accounts –public sector (government, ministries, municipalities), financial sector, banks, insurances, utilities, major manufacturers, ISPs, multinationals, IT integrators…).
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing...).
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
- Must welcome challenges.
- Must be self motivated and capable to take initiative.
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
