Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
1. Engage in project engineering process for new projects, including Site Survey and network planning, installation of hardware and software based on Linux/Unix system, Integration of the system and acceptance tests with Customers.
2. Cooperate with the team members to conquer difficulties in the projects
3. Fulfill the tasks assigned by Project Manager perfectly
4. Remote support for customers’ existing systems (billing/charging systems and value added systems on Linux/UNIX servers) in case of technical issues that might be raised by the customers.
5. Find out reasons of issues with the help of headquarters or team members, and provide customer reports by email.
6. Doing health check for customers’ systems according to maintenance contract.
7. Perform intervenes such as software upgrading, software patching for customers’ systems for issues or requirements.

4. Capability of shell scripts or database procedure.
5. Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.
6. SQL/Oracle /Linux/UNIX certifications.
