•• As a Business Systems Analyst you will work in a highly agile environment, which means that we are looking for a flexible, pragmatic, self-motivated and well organized team member with excellent
communication skills.
•• You will liaise with business stakeholders, gather and analyze system requirements, and assist the product owner with the creation andrefinement of user stories.
•• You will define interfaces to partner systems, create and maintain technical documentation and create a high-level design together with other team members.
•• You will act as a functional expert for one or more IT systems and provide functional assistance for development, test and maintenance activities.
•• You will take ownership of the resolution of functional issues through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
•• The communication and collaboration with other team members, the product owner and clients is one of the most important aspects of yourwork life.
•• You will give professional guidance to more junior colleagues, and contribute to knowledge base development.
•• You will live the ‘inspect and adapt’ spirit and always act as a role model.
•• Ideally, you will have a personal interest in agile development methodology and an understanding of how this can change the culture and mentality of a company.
