Job description, responsibilities and duties

Technical operations management of partial area (one customer or defined services) of the IT operation.
Generic accountabilities:
•• To plan and control service provisioning in required time and quality in compliance with SLA.
•• To act as operational interface between Service Chain Operations Manager (SC OPM), demander/counterpart and operations for the commissioned scope of the services of the particular service chain
•• Plan and develop service improvement measures
•• Communicate regularly with account owner/demander/SC OPM regarding performance, quality and costs
•• Monitor and control compliance with target parameters (OLA) regarding operations & ITIL processes (INM, PRM, CHM, DOM) within the commissioned scope of the services
•• Monitor and control completeness, quality and maintenance of data in configuration management database (CMDB)
Job specific accountabilities:
•• Providing of required reports
•• Improvement of operational processes
•• Supporting of planned changes and INM/PRM
•• Coordination of big changes
•• Responsibility for compliance within agreed SLAs
•• SPOC for escalation topics in relation to service scope
•• Document management
