Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an IT manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems and IT related issues (phones, networks, hardware,…) within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines of the Company and International Group.
You will manage the transition of group from current local software to implementation and maintenance of the groupwide standard ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
The candidate can become after successful rollout a part time member of group IT team for further rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to other sites.
Therefore we require a high degree of readiness for business travels, however home location will be in Trebišov.
MICROSOFT Dynamics NAV rollout:
1. Developing project proposal for Rollout of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and pushing implementation of project according to the Project plan agreed with Head of Procurement
2. Responsibility during project with subsequent management and implementation and reporting in a dotted line organizaiton.
3. Focus on Cross functional management of projects touching several Functions at the plant, incl.. in/outsourcing decisions
4. Lead the planning and implementation of project
5. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
6. Define project tasks and resource requirements
7. Develop full scale project plans
8. Assemble and coordinate project staff
9. Manage project budget
10. Manage project resource allocation
11. Plan and schedule project timelines
12. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and reviews deliverables before passing to Head of Procurement.
13. Provide direction and support to project team
14. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
15. Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
16. implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
17. Project evaluations and assessment of results-lessons learned
