You will support our distributor partners and customers in the practical use of our machines in Slovakia and on demand in the neighbouring markets as well
You solve technical challenges and organise necessary repairs
You provide support during machine operations and technical training
You carry out evaluations and assessments
You process after-sales cases

Requirements for the employee
Minimum education required
Language skills
Personality requirements and skills
What are the optimum prerequisites for your entry?
Practical agricultural experience
Experience in customer service - ideally in field service
Technical experience and expertise in hydraulics, electrics and electronics
Very good communication skills
Successfully completed technical education
Possession of car driving license
In addition to the slovak language, proficiency in German or English, both written and spoken
High competence in self-management
Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment.
