Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Manage the multi production site (LOBs:Fall Protection, Respiratory, EFHH, Gloves and Clothing, Footwear) based in Partizanske from an operational, technical, technological, economical and human standpoint.
• Make sure the output of the production facility matches the objectives and achieves the best possible scores in terms of quality, cost and deadlines.
• Bring industrial best practices to the production unit.
• Lead, organize, train and motivate the teams, coach them and assess their performance.
Education Required:
Graduate / Post Graduate level education either in a business or engineering discipline
CI/Six sigma training qualification preferred.
Languages:
Fluent English and Slovakian
