Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Selling the full portfolio of personal protective equipment (shoes, gloves, hearing, fall protection etc.). This position is responsible for working with our existing distribution partners and end-users in region of whole Slovak republic as well as improving and expanding our local distributors or end-users base.

Main responsibilities:
*Deliver the sales growth.
*Define and propose a sales action plan.
*Develop and maintain a highly effective distributors network.
*Visit largest end-users to identify needs and convert them to Honeywell products and services.
*Provide technical support to distributors sales force.
*Understand and analyze market - main competitors, market trends etc.
*Participate in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns for potential/existing customers.
*Reporting.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Management, Economic and other.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Basic

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

*Experience in sales, preferably in an international environment.
*Technical understanding (technical support for end-users or distributors).
*Experience in working in area of industry.
*Fluent English and Slovak, spoken and written.
*Strong communication skills.
*Clean driver´s licence.
